This Privacy Policy explains which personal data we (Spark Lab LLC) collect and how we use it when you use the Spark Lab website and/or any of Spark Lab’s online or mobile products (including the Spark Lab mobile apps), Spark Lab hardware or software, or other services (collectively, “Services”), including when you access the Services through mobile devices. By using the Services you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES. We will post any modifications or changes to the Privacy Policy on the Spark Lab website. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so we encourage you to review it frequently. If we make a material change to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email or by means of a notice on the Spark Lab website or via push notifications within our mobile applications prior to the changes taking effect, in accordance with any applicable legal obligations. Your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of our modified Privacy Policy. We regularly update our software applications (including our mobile and desktop applications) to make improvements, including improvements that better serve your privacy rights. To ensure that this Privacy Policy accurately reflects your use of the Services you will need to ensure that you are using the most recent release of the Spark Lab’s software applications.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Terms of Use unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

Our Service don’t collect any of your Personal Information.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.

The app uses third-party services that may collect, store and share information used to identify you. Spark Lab encourages you to review the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and other governing documents of each third-party service before using the functionality provided by it.

Live streaming services

The Service may provide functionality from third-party services. You may submit, post, display, or make available Content through third-party services. Spark Lab does not control or endorse these third-party services. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such services or resources. By using the Service, you expressly release Spark Lab from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party service or online resource. Accordingly, Spark Lab encourages you to be aware when you leave the Service and to review the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and other governing documents of each website that you may visit.

Log Data

We use Firebase Analytics to evaluate your use of the Services. Whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, Firebase Analytics collects data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Online Advertising

We do not serve third-party advertisements to you while using our Service.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian, and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, we’re asking you to contact us that we take appropriate action.
